With over 20 years of experience, Chef Maro Molteni has mastered the art of operations and customer satisfaction in the food and beverage industry. Holding a degree in Hotel Management, Chef Maro has explored diverse cuisines and cultures, working in high-level roles in Hotel Management and Food & Beverage leadership. He has also owned and operated renowned restaurants in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, as well as in New York and South Orange County, California.

Tierra de Fuegos, which means “Land of Fires” in Spanish, is the compilation of lively dining experience around the fire. We are dedicated to showcasing the rich flavors and techniques of Argentine cooking, with a particular emphasis on firewood grilled food and high-quality ingredients. Our aim is to transport our customers to the heart of Argentina through the art of grilling, capturing the essence of Argentine culture and culinary heritage.
